USER AGREEMENT CLAUSULES

While the main purpose of this website is sharing the love of kerbside cleanups or collections, we have to monitor every user posts carefully.

A few commonsense rules apply if you want to use Kerbsides.

> All the posts on Kerbsides are filtered to avoid objectionable content on the platform

> As a user you can flag objectionable content by pressing the subject button on each add and/or block abusive users.

> We act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content

> Ensure that the picture of the Kerb (Ad) doesn´t contain any person, face, house or other identifiable items to ensure everyone´s privacy.

> If you visit any Kerb Ad location always be respectful and do not trash it, or go through it without putting things back neatly. Please note that some people don´t like human beings going through their stuff, even though useful it can still hold sentimental value.

> Every user must to be registered to share information.

> Each Kerb (Ad) needs a picture and location. Date posted and author are automatically added by the system.

> The Support Team will remove any Kerb (Ad) and block any user profile (Kerbbie) and even ban IPs to ensure that these few rules are followed.

> Your behavior and comments count. We don´t allow bullying, harassment, nor sexual content/conduct.

> While you can sell/buy items you´ve found, the real soul of a kerbbie is swap/trade. Give it for free if came free.

> If you´re concerned about how to post, read this information regarding your rights as a street photographer.
